Affiliated Employee Assistance Program (Affiliated EAP) is a confidential assessment , short-term counseling and referral service for employees and household members. Problems are a part of everyday life, but when they become a distraction, it may be time to talk with a professional. An EAP counselor can help identify and address the issues, and help an employee or household member plan strategies for dealing with them.  Our EAP has been very well received by management and employees in a wide range of businesses, institutions and organizations we serve.  Services include:

In addition, Affiliated EAP offers a large, fully vetted network of licensed counselors and providers. Anyone in our network can be used. Prospective clients are encouraged to call our 800 number to get up-to-date information about counselors and locations.

Confidentiality commitment - Participation in the EAP is confidential. No one will reveal any information provided during an assessment or counseling session without written permission. However, under duty to warn provisions of the law, we may be required to release information where the life or safety of an individual is threatened.
