Every supervisor receives a copy of the Leadership Guide describing how to use the program during the supervisory orientation.
Every employee receives a Welcome Letter describing the benefits of EAP, an EAP wallet card, and information on how to access services.
The Affiliated EAP newsletter "Of Interest" is provided quarterly.
The "Solutions for Supervisors" newsletter is provided semi-annually.
An EAP employee orientation video for new employee orientations is provided.
We welcome opportunities to interact with employees, supervisors, and senior leaders and are happy to participate in wellness and benefits fairs whenever possible. We are also able to participate on wellness committees and partner with organizations in their wellness efforts.
Our website is full of valuable information related to our Employee Assistance Program and other services. Employers who elect to use our online Work/Life Services Program can access these services through the web. A wide and exciting range of resources and referral information is available. Information about the following issues is frequently requested: child and elder care information and resources; financial and educational information and resources; family life and health-related issues. The Work/Life Program extends the Affiliated Employee Assistance Program one step further in responding to employee and employer needs. In addition, employers who elect to use our Legal/Financial Consultations can access these services both telephonically and through the web.
Affiliated Drug Testing Services provides comprehensive drug testing services, in compliance with both State and Federal D.O.T. regulations. From specimen collection, to random testing procedures, to support services for employees with positive test results, as well as reporting and data management, all services can be available as part of your plan.
